Dream of a thing that i harder to achieve
Dream of something that you need to be
Dream like its all you want to achieve
Dream of something like its everything
Every time i write it's just me
You never know what i mean with this words to be
Every time i write is just a dream to be
Every word i write mean something
All you need is read it and be one
Walk those paths that have pain in them
Walk those roads that are hard to cross
Just be the one world would like to be
Just be yourself and nothing can stop you
Just hope this words inspire you
as i write it for beginning a new story

A Fatherly Memory

I didn't get that opportunity!

We often face this question when either promotion or during hike cycle. Don't we think, "why them and not me?". I was once told "If there is something out there which is meant for you, you would get it sooner or later in your life". But as we grow and start our corporate life we learn a new modified version of that statement, i.e. "If you want something go ahead and either fight for it or earn it, but don't just sit there and hope for it to fall in your lap". During one of our recent office meeting our manager came and told us, "i know most of you are frustrated and think you are not getting what you want.
