Loving memory

Life teaches us all how to live
It teaches us the ways to survive it
We often feel pain and happiness through it
But things keep changing as it grows it
Time never stops neither takes a break
We all have a thought often why we are here
We have learned our lessons the hard way out
Things we gained have been soft and rough
We all have something deep there in us
We often forget out goals in running behind desire
It's not how you been and what you been in life
It's just the way you have lived your life
Things will change when your life would end
You would be a memory for your loved ones here
People would miss your absence in their life
That's how you have touched the hearts when you were alive
I have learned my lessons and still alive
I have been scared of those nightmares i have everynight
It's not that simple to define yourself your life
You can't get another chance for mistakes you didin life
Better show your love to people you need
Better learn to love your self and alone is what you been
Thing's won't change till one needs it to be
Life's just a beautiful journey full of memories.

A Fatherly Memory

I didn't get that opportunity!

We often face this question when either promotion or during hike cycle. Don't we think, "why them and not me?". I was once told "If there is something out there which is meant for you, you would get it sooner or later in your life". But as we grow and start our corporate life we learn a new modified version of that statement, i.e. "If you want something go ahead and either fight for it or earn it, but don't just sit there and hope for it to fall in your lap". During one of our recent office meeting our manager came and told us, "i know most of you are frustrated and think you are not getting what you want.
