Fate,destiny or meant to be

Silently its been flowing like a cold wind firm and steady
Silently everyones been praying for it to turn around
Things were quite easy till we learned to blame it for failures of our life
Things were preety easy to reach until one learned to play blame game
Some say it's written by the almighty creator and no one can change it
While some say it's our actions reaction and nothing else
It's been a while we humans are trying to screw everything and put blame on it 
Some call it fate some call it destiny where as some call it as meant to be
It's easy to pull out a finer pointing out anything random
It's easy to say it didn't work because it was a destiny or was meant to fail
How long we gonna be a victim to blame game saying it as destiny
We have seen legends changing it as they wanted it to be
Nothing's impossible but still things are tough sometimes 
Nothing would change if you pull it out on fate or destiny
But it's upto you to climb Mt. Everest  or let things be as meant to be.

A Fatherly Memory

I didn't get that opportunity!

We often face this question when either promotion or during hike cycle. Don't we think, "why them and not me?". I was once told "If there is something out there which is meant for you, you would get it sooner or later in your life". But as we grow and start our corporate life we learn a new modified version of that statement, i.e. "If you want something go ahead and either fight for it or earn it, but don't just sit there and hope for it to fall in your lap". During one of our recent office meeting our manager came and told us, "i know most of you are frustrated and think you are not getting what you want.
