It's all for you mom

I am standing right here looking a flash back of my life,
I have been looking around just to have a look for you,
Your just one smile can make my day
A tear in your eye makes me worry all day
It often happens that i miss you more than words could describe
I would never say how much i have a love for you
Even being miles away from you i just keep thinking of you
I know you have grown old and been tired living this way
I know you would never utter a word or complain a thing about life
I often would have told you i have been fed up of you
But i would barely have an gut to say that i love you more than anything else that's true
Often word's fall short when i want to describe the way i think of you
I just can't imagine that you been the most important to me
I miss those days when i used to walk holding your finger looking in your eye
I miss those days when you used to scold me for being notorious kid in class
You always been so patient listening to all complaints about the life
But still you been the one and only queen of my life
I would never say but still you would be the first lady of my life
All i wanna say is you are the mother who make my life.

A Fatherly Memory

I didn't get that opportunity!

We often face this question when either promotion or during hike cycle. Don't we think, "why them and not me?". I was once told "If there is something out there which is meant for you, you would get it sooner or later in your life". But as we grow and start our corporate life we learn a new modified version of that statement, i.e. "If you want something go ahead and either fight for it or earn it, but don't just sit there and hope for it to fall in your lap".
