A Storyteller

Once upon a time that how their story began
As simple as their soul was living to be
It all began with the traditional way
A boy met a girl and they met  often
The meetings went casual as often
They had a little of attraction for one another
to their surprise they had love for each other
he often did thinks to bring smile on her
he stayed awake just to get a glimpse of her
everything she dreamed he destined to fulfill than
but as always life does give you ups and down
tastes were different but he was willing to give in for her
days went by and months passed away
but still he didn't give up on her
she was his dream and he was a dreamer
that's how he became a story teller
A story of his life where he lived forever to be
Things didn't matter to him as he was a man of memory
Giving up was easy for him all he thought to be
But time tested him once when he crushed his dream for her.

A Fatherly Memory

I didn't get that opportunity!

We often face this question when either promotion or during hike cycle. Don't we think, "why them and not me?". I was once told "If there is something out there which is meant for you, you would get it sooner or later in your life". But as we grow and start our corporate life we learn a new modified version of that statement, i.e. "If you want something go ahead and either fight for it or earn it, but don't just sit there and hope for it to fall in your lap".
