A broken heart

Today i am here missing the moments i have living with you
I miss holding your hand and walking those moments to be
I miss looking at your face while you been watching something 
I miss your smile when you looked at me when we met to be
I miss the late nights texts and calls that used to add peace to heart
I know time has changed and we ain't together too
I know that you have moved on in your life 
I know you have found someone for you loving you to be
But i am still here missing the moments spent with you
With every blink of eye to every beat of heart i keep missing you
Every Time i close my eye i just see you in them in arms of me
Its those sweet memory of us that keeps me alive every day to be
I miss having my head laid on your shoulders
I miss the scoldings of you when i used yo get jealous of you
But i won't every ask you to turn back and look for me
I won't ever ask you to come back in my life be
I know time has moved and life has changed a lot of you
All i am writing this lines in the sweet and lovable memory of you.

A Fatherly Memory

I didn't get that opportunity!

We often face this question when either promotion or during hike cycle. Don't we think, "why them and not me?". I was once told "If there is something out there which is meant for you, you would get it sooner or later in your life". But as we grow and start our corporate life we learn a new modified version of that statement, i.e. "If you want something go ahead and either fight for it or earn it, but don't just sit there and hope for it to fall in your lap".
