Rise before the sun rise
As thats the way to stay healthy and wise
Be kind and calm in storms
As thats how legends are born
Learn to accept mistakes of yours
As that's the way to be honest and bold
Aim higher than you dream everytime
As than you would land with something to hold
Don't hold ranger or anger in you
As thats how you will be called human too
Live for yourself and love yourself more
As that way you will be called as good human when you are old.

A Fatherly Memory

I didn't get that opportunity!

We often face this question when either promotion or during hike cycle. Don't we think, "why them and not me?". I was once told "If there is something out there which is meant for you, you would get it sooner or later in your life". But as we grow and start our corporate life we learn a new modified version of that statement, i.e. "If you want something go ahead and either fight for it or earn it, but don't just sit there and hope for it to fall in your lap". During one of our recent office meeting our manager came and told us, "i know most of you are frustrated and think you are not getting what you want.
