Dad i miss you

Time is passing just like a passing wind
Life been tossing like it's just a coin
Days been flowing and keep switching
I dunno about what i been doin
Words are few and feeling are new
But i still keep on missing you
It just seems like it was tomorrow when you flew
It just never makes me feel like its a lost dream too
What i been missing is memories of me and you
I been missing the days we spent together when i grew
I have grown a quite long for you
But all i know is i am still a kid for you
I do know i have lost a part of you
It just keeps on hurting to know it too
I just keep on thing for reasons not to believe
You been the reason for everything that i knew
You been a reason for what i am now top
Things did change and time passed by too
But i am just stuck over by the bed where i lost you
I wanna rush right back to you
I wamma tell everything thong that i knew
I wanna be the one whom you want me too
But lifes been tricky taking you away from me too
Holding your finger i started to walk through
Leasons of life were always taught by you
Words was the inventions that what you taught me too
But i am still stuck over that floor where i last saw you
I can't just speak things to anyone but you
I just wanna stand right next to you
All i keep dreaming is to make you proud for me too
Everything seems just so little without you

A Fatherly Memory

I didn't get that opportunity!

We often face this question when either promotion or during hike cycle. Don't we think, "why them and not me?". I was once told "If there is something out there which is meant for you, you would get it sooner or later in your life". But as we grow and start our corporate life we learn a new modified version of that statement, i.e. "If you want something go ahead and either fight for it or earn it, but don't just sit there and hope for it to fall in your lap".
