Word's are at it's best to be

I have been writing word's, I have been writing for world
It's been long and it's been a great journey with memories in it
Appreciations and critics have always helped to grow with wind
Some say it good while some just take it as fallen piece
Life is just something that I never have been trying predict
Dreams are something i have stopped having and they never came true for me
The word's fall together and just make a miracle pulling minds paddle
I have seen day's of sun and shade but neither were bad day
I have learned from the life like it's just a passed night
Things i learned and people whom i have earned make a difference for me
I might not end up always writing poems to be it's just not my goal to be
Stories will come and frame our mind set story
People will often come and go from life and some might be history
It's been a long since i wrote something like this to be
Holding down the heart and a lot of feelings falling in a ink to see
It's not just a word that makes you smile with me
But it's even those tears that you hold can make me fell of you in it
Days will pass might be years would flow but always believe you do grow
Time might be dark and in light too but never give up hopes on you
I have learned from myself i have learned from you and will always do
Believe in you that's a way to have a life you wish too
Just open your heart and believe it's the best place to live
Heart breaks will do come and people might betray
But that never should make us feel guilty of what we are and used to be
Future's unpredictable and life's kind of weird in too
Past is a history don't try to find something in it to create mystery
Believe yourself once and you will be best of you to be
And that's how i turn down the ink and make it something what writer's do.

A Fatherly Memory

I didn't get that opportunity!

We often face this question when either promotion or during hike cycle. Don't we think, "why them and not me?". I was once told "If there is something out there which is meant for you, you would get it sooner or later in your life". But as we grow and start our corporate life we learn a new modified version of that statement, i.e. "If you want something go ahead and either fight for it or earn it, but don't just sit there and hope for it to fall in your lap". During one of our recent office meeting our manager came and told us, "i know most of you are frustrated and think you are not getting what you want.
