Best lines to be

Its been a while since we have anything that is explaining a part of mine
I been broken in pieces apart i been torn and full of scars
But what didn't change me is a good in me which keeps me going till end to be
I been betrayed i been mugged no one ever though of anything such
I have fallen for people and been badly hurt but still i stand right there on earth
It's not being follish but it's been a truce in me that makes me stronger to be
I have learned the best lessons of my life and that what makes me what i am alive
Words have always been short to descibe this journey in short
I often get asked by people I don't know the pain of loosing people at last
It's simple to accept that they have gone but best part of it is they are in my heart
People would come and people would go but life keeps going thats all i know
Every smile on the face of the people i care means like a world out there
Some smiles take away the peace some has let me have sleepless to be
But honor and respect is what makes me what i am to be
Every word that we say that we speak describes a part of who are we
Every action that we perform shows what we stand for to be
People would bring us to darl but hope will enligten that to be
All we know is a faith in ouselves is going to make us what we destine to be.

A Fatherly Memory

I didn't get that opportunity!

We often face this question when either promotion or during hike cycle. Don't we think, "why them and not me?". I was once told "If there is something out there which is meant for you, you would get it sooner or later in your life". But as we grow and start our corporate life we learn a new modified version of that statement, i.e. "If you want something go ahead and either fight for it or earn it, but don't just sit there and hope for it to fall in your lap".
