It's been a while since i have lost your touch from life
It's been a some time when i last saw you by mu side
Every memory of you have turned me in a better one to be
But what am gonna say you today is something i never said to you
My life been a mess lately since were pulled away true
But all i learned from you is to be strong holding in on to
I learned to walk holding on to you finger
I still do remember my first day of school with you
I do remember you scolding me for letting you down too
But more over what i remember is the moments we share too
Like enjoying with you while mom was not around true
Like copying your styles while you were not in room
Specially watching late night movie from the hole in my blanket
Just the worries that you had when i fell sick
The sleepless nights i have seen when i was studying
But i have learned my life all from you
The principles i had too because you made em
I would never let you down true as i would like a sun too
Someday am gonna stand out there making you proud be there
As the time has been flowing your memories what been driving
Making me stronger with your absence in me longer
All i have been needing is a love of you my father
Which is been a memory of once we had in us to be
Holding on your hand and standing out there in world be
Loosing out all that fear without a tear in my eye be

A Fatherly Memory

I didn't get that opportunity!

We often face this question when either promotion or during hike cycle. Don't we think, "why them and not me?". I was once told "If there is something out there which is meant for you, you would get it sooner or later in your life". But as we grow and start our corporate life we learn a new modified version of that statement, i.e. "If you want something go ahead and either fight for it or earn it, but don't just sit there and hope for it to fall in your lap".
