Traveller

I am writing this lines for everyone out there
I am writing this line for every traveller of life
Look out there for everything you can reach
Travel till you have the air to breathe
Look straight to the pear instead of the risk
As there's nothing worth fetching easy
Often the toughest journeys get the cover story
Look at the sky aim for the moon
Shoot for the star and you will land on moon
But i often wonder what life would be if easy
Just like getting a glass of water without walking for it
Climbing an everest without facing those storms
As non would be legend if they didn't move out
Anything is easy when in the comfort zone
Same is a love story with ups and downs
Where two unknown people travel a journey
Journey to explore each other
Journey to find a mutual destination at end.

A Fatherly Memory

I didn't get that opportunity!

We often face this question when either promotion or during hike cycle. Don't we think, "why them and not me?". I was once told "If there is something out there which is meant for you, you would get it sooner or later in your life". But as we grow and start our corporate life we learn a new modified version of that statement, i.e. "If you want something go ahead and either fight for it or earn it, but don't just sit there and hope for it to fall in your lap". During one of our recent office meeting our manager came and told us, "i know most of you are frustrated and think you are not getting what you want. But if you are jealous because someone else got it by getting their hands dirty don't regret it because you lack the skill to get things you need so stop complaining and better work your way up".
