Dad : super hero of world

I saw you smile in rarest occassions in life
I saw you tensed every now and than
I have seen you been strong even in days of pain
Things weren't tough for you ever again
You solved everyones problems just likea riddle been solved 
You were my idol my hero since day one
You have always been my first mentor and still there only one
You taught me the lessons of life in way hard and soft
You taught us the lessons which were more important for us
You always stood in front of us to protect us from outer world
You were in our heart as a king and always will be till the end
You are the father, the dad , the only real super hero in world.

A Fatherly Memory

I didn't get that opportunity!

We often face this question when either promotion or during hike cycle. Don't we think, "why them and not me?". I was once told "If there is something out there which is meant for you, you would get it sooner or later in your life". But as we grow and start our corporate life we learn a new modified version of that statement, i.e. "If you want something go ahead and either fight for it or earn it, but don't just sit there and hope for it to fall in your lap".
