Scars of life

Lifes been hard and soft in journey so far
I have been broken and torn apart often in this ride
Some scars are still visible while some have been healed
Lifes beeb tough since i lost my dad 
Lifes been a mess being always facing everthing alone
I just have a small dream to live every moment left in life peacefully
Things are tough iron hot but i won't ever give up
I have rised from darkness before i have learned from that too in all
It doesn't matter who is by my side in good days
As its normal to be alone in one's worse days
Life is a journey with up' and down's
It aint easy as an roller coaster ride
So just calm your soul and heal your scars
Because life keeps on saying just move on

A Fatherly Memory

I didn't get that opportunity!

We often face this question when either promotion or during hike cycle. Don't we think, "why them and not me?". I was once told "If there is something out there which is meant for you, you would get it sooner or later in your life". But as we grow and start our corporate life we learn a new modified version of that statement, i.e. "If you want something go ahead and either fight for it or earn it, but don't just sit there and hope for it to fall in your lap". During one of our recent office meeting our manager came and told us, "i know most of you are frustrated and think you are not getting what you want.
