School life

We have grown too old we have passed those days we feared
We are living a life what we always dreamed and desired
But still a school kid brings a smile on our face
Looking at those big building of school we miss our days of childhood
Looking back at those golden days we miss every moment of life
Days were when teachers used to make us learn best lesson too
Days when playing with friends in class was a fun and making pranks was a trend
Days when the sophisticated was just a weird word in a dictionary
Getting those punishments when we didn't finish out home work
Listening to those long lectures on different days and sharing at friends
It was the most divine place on the planet earth
We still do miss every moment we spent at our school more than anything we do
Those were the golden days that no one wanna forget it's true.

A Fatherly Memory

I didn't get that opportunity!

We often face this question when either promotion or during hike cycle. Don't we think, "why them and not me?". I was once told "If there is something out there which is meant for you, you would get it sooner or later in your life". But as we grow and start our corporate life we learn a new modified version of that statement, i.e. "If you want something go ahead and either fight for it or earn it, but don't just sit there and hope for it to fall in your lap". During one of our recent office meeting our manager came and told us, "i know most of you are frustrated and think you are not getting what you want.
