Feelings are few but they are always new
Things keep inventing while to learn too
Nothing changes until you want it too
Control your mind and you heart too
Walk the paths that you dream to be on
People would change looking at you
Calm your mind and let peace in soul
No one is born a leader in world
You learn from your life which test's you
But hope is what re-creates you
So open up your eyes and focus your goal
Stand for things you won't ever deny
Choose your time and actions indeed
Don't waste your time for people indeed
People would come and walk away
What won't change is your role everyday
You can smile even in days of pain
All you need is a heart and courage to hold in
Things will be tough when you start indeed
People will resist what you always seek
You will get criticized and humiliated lately
But day will let you chance to prove your need
So buckle up your dreams and live for it
As nothing would change till you need.

I didn't get that opportunity!

We often face this question when either promotion or during hike cycle. Don't we think, "why them and not me?". I was once told "If there is something out there which is meant for you, you would get it sooner or later in your life". But as we grow and start our corporate life we learn a new modified version of that statement, i.e. "If you want something go ahead and either fight for it or earn it, but don't just sit there and hope for it to fall in your lap".
