Here is story the story about me 
Nothing is different except me
Characters are quite funny in
You might fall in love with then
Hold your heart and clean your eye
As i am gonna write a story of mine
Time was tough and things were hard
Nothing felt easy and things went bad
I closed my eye missing our lord
Maybe i was trying to gain some hope by god
I saw an angel coming to me 
She was holding an stick with star on it
We have all been dreaming when we were kid
To see a fair that has magical stick
She held my hand and made me stand
She Smiled at me with a blush on her cheek
Was it a dream or a reality
I never wanna know as its good for me
So i wrote this lines to share magine of mine
So i am gonna get into your hearts and steal some love
I can see in your eye without saying any lie
I can win your heart without letting you know my part
Things might go viral and messy when time is just lil hazy
I might get sometimes busy and reply you like i am dizzy
 But still when you gonna miss me read this lines to be
I promise it will put a smile on you fce even if it's crazy

A Fatherly Memory

Eyes are closed and mind ain't at peace It just feels broken and can't ease Looking at those memories i had Looking at our pictures which made us laugh Those moments which made us who we are Those lessons you taught me atlast Your absence does hurt a lot indeed Your presence is what i need at top of it Looking at your picture eyes shed tears now All this thinks i have achieved feels worthless now I never had a hand to pat my back I never had a hand to guide me in dark path Those days are being missed when we sat together Days when we discussed​ until mom yelled over Times when you used to caress my head before i fell asleep Times when you made me learn to be a better man to be Things can't replace your absence for me Life just never gonna be complete without you for me. -Nitish

I didn't get that opportunity!

We often face this question when either promotion or during hike cycle. Don't we think, "why them and not me?". I was once told "If there is something out there which is meant for you, you would get it sooner or later in your life". But as we grow and start our corporate life we learn a new modified version of that statement, i.e. "If you want something go ahead and either fight for it or earn it, but don't just sit there and hope for it to fall in your lap". During one of our recent office meeting our manager came and told us, "i know most of you are frustrated and think you are not getting what you want.
