Life ain't complicated but we make it so
Life will pass away one day like a wind
So why we do need have any regret
Why do we need look back when dead
All we need is to smile when life end's
There should not be any tear when i am not here
There should be just cheer in your hear my dear
Thing's would change but not instantly
Things would change just stay patiently
We can do everything we always wish too
Thing's ain't tough until we think so too
All you need is start a change you wish
All you need is start everything right from you
As nothing would change until you do
Why loose something when we gain a lot more
Why sit lonely when you can have world  by you
So smile till the end of your smile and spread it too
Stay honest and kindest to everyone around you
Nothing can change the world accept love and care
I have lived those dark dreams that you scared too
I have walked those dark paths of life too
All you need is stay positive and keep dreaming

A Fatherly Memory

I didn't get that opportunity!

We often face this question when either promotion or during hike cycle. Don't we think, "why them and not me?". I was once told "If there is something out there which is meant for you, you would get it sooner or later in your life". But as we grow and start our corporate life we learn a new modified version of that statement, i.e. "If you want something go ahead and either fight for it or earn it, but don't just sit there and hope for it to fall in your lap". During one of our recent office meeting our manager came and told us, "i know most of you are frustrated and think you are not getting what you want.
