lines for life

Writing here my feeling straight from depth of my heart
Word's are flowing like water flow's it's way from start
I am just going to express in word's what's in my heart
Word's would repeat but time will keep flowing out though
Some thing's don't change even if we take a pause and be low
Life put's us to test so we learn from it even if we loose though
Every passing moment of life keeps teaching us something new
That are moments when you not even knew
We meet strangers who turn out to be new friends to you
We learn we grow we fall we broke but still we move
We live we die we breath we sigh when things ain't right
Everything about us keeps us alive on just a hope
Everything that you need is just right there in front of you
Thing's ain't simple for anyone not just for you
People who grow keep learning for themselves too
Life is a teacher it teaches you best lessons you didn't knew
So keep you head high and don't give up when time ain't right
Create opportunity don't wait for time to bring for you every time
Be a giver instead of waiting and accepting what people leave in sigh

A Fatherly Memory

I didn't get that opportunity!

We often face this question when either promotion or during hike cycle. Don't we think, "why them and not me?". I was once told "If there is something out there which is meant for you, you would get it sooner or later in your life". But as we grow and start our corporate life we learn a new modified version of that statement, i.e. "If you want something go ahead and either fight for it or earn it, but don't just sit there and hope for it to fall in your lap". During one of our recent office meeting our manager came and told us, "i know most of you are frustrated and think you are not getting what you want.
