Piece of me

Here i am just out in search of peace
Just writing down one another piece
Story told us always what it used to say
We believe things just way we see
I been drowning way far from being saving
I been trying harder to escape this thing
My lines just get complicated when they used to be
No one ever saw what was coming in me
I sae those eyes all around me to be
I looked straight in every eye while walking down to free
Every person out there want a piece of peace for their soul
We rush in day in and out just till day ends as night
While you thought you known me all
I just had a smile to make that fall
I learned up while i was left alone unlike you

Those every eye just judging me

A Fatherly Memory

I didn't get that opportunity!

We often face this question when either promotion or during hike cycle. Don't we think, "why them and not me?". I was once told "If there is something out there which is meant for you, you would get it sooner or later in your life". But as we grow and start our corporate life we learn a new modified version of that statement, i.e. "If you want something go ahead and either fight for it or earn it, but don't just sit there and hope for it to fall in your lap". During one of our recent office meeting our manager came and told us, "i know most of you are frustrated and think you are not getting what you want. But if you are jealous because someone else got it by getting their hands dirty don't regret it because you lack the skill to get things you need so stop complaining and better work your way up".
